Good stuff, but I do think you're being too critical. To have 5 guys from one recruiting class rank "as amongst the best ever at their respective positions" at a school with OSU's history is astounding and is certainly enough to warrant more than a 3.5* rating from you. Most of the ratings services give guys who are the top 3 or 4 in the country at their position 5*. I think all 5 mentioned above fit that category.
