If the Bills think it's so vital for Donte to sign and get in camp, then give him the contract he deserves. IronBuckI brought up a good point about "market value". This year's draft "market" puts Donte's worth around the midpoint between $12.1 and $15 million guaranteed ($13.5~$13.6 million). The Bills are low-balling him at $12.9. If they just offer a little less than a million more ($13.7~$13.8) then that's still well below what Huff got and would most likely get Donte to quickly sign.
