His listed 4.6 speed seems to be a bit high, as his coach say he is a football player and plays much faster than what that says. The offer must be new. In a
6/26/06 (Rivals$) update he didn't even mention us, but now appears to be very interested. The staff may see Herron as more of a between the tackles guy and Simmons as a speedster in the mold of Maurice Wells... or, possibly as a Slot WR or DB.
25 of Kevin's 36 touchdowns were of 50 yards or more.
In the June 26th update cited above, Simmons's coach admits that Kevin is not a track guy, but states that he has 4.4 speed with the ball in his hands. His coach also suggests that academics may be an issue with Kevin.
