Some of those positions I think are off. I also think only Oden will be 2&done while you have many leaving after 2 years.
Koufos has been told he will play the 4 spot ( PF ) by the staff and with his outside skills that is likely. He will not be backing up Oden - they will likely play together on the frontline. He may help out at C as a Soph or later but I think he'll be mostly a 4.
Also, Lauderdale is projected as a C in the TD-sized mold. He has a big wingspan and the size/strength/bulk to play 5.
Lewis and Cook will not both be at 2G this year as they both will likely start and Harris will likely return to the 4 if he wants any PT - particularly while Oden is out. Butler will play some 2G his last two years with Conley.
