She said the only time they really do it is when the opposing schools return tickets, and NIU hadn't returned any...so it was unlikely they would have any for sale when they opened @ 9.

btw - She also didn't anticipate many schools returning tickets this year...but then again if people got Texas tickets last year via this method, who knows..
