Worthy of a top 10 ranking? Hardly. Who did you beat? Nobody. Good three point effort against Iowa though. I'd argue it's just as easy to climb up the rankings by beating a bunch of nobodies while all the good teams from the Big Ten, SEC, Big XII are forced to play each other and knock each other off forcing the voters to move miami up by default simply because they have fewer losses.

I have no problem discrediting the polls, just like any mac fan. We always hear how dumb the polls are from you guys because they don't give the mid-majors any respect, but of course when they give a mac team a high ranking then it's the be all end all. By admitting those three teams would beat miami also proves my point because if you put miami in the Big Ten, there's three losses right there and you're no where near the top 10, thus proving the only reason you were in the top 10 was because of your weak mac schedule.(I just realized weak mac schedule is kind of redundent, but I digress)

It's only okay when it's warrented. The next time a team from the mac does something that makes me stand up and take note will be the first.

I don't care how you decide your champion, obviously miami wasn't that much better if it had to come to a tiebreaker. How come miami couldn't take care of niu who akron beat twice? Didn't miami only have seven wins themselves, so what's the difference, it still looks terrible when your conference champion has that many losses and let's face it miami wasn't a very good team last year anyway. I'd suggest next time don't lose at home to cmu and get run off your own field by bowling green and you won't have to worry about tiebreakers.
