So far the most I can find is David Greene of Georgia in 2004. He holds the SEC record with 214. I can't find the National record though.

edit: Weinke had 237. I still don't think that's the record though.

edit 2: The NCAA record of consecutive passes without an interception is 271 by Fresno State's Trent Dilfer in 1993
