GCL tops in the nation?
This is just an impartial view from a Central Florida boy, but after listening to the St. X - Lakeland game and reading the stats of the other GCL vs. the nation games, I think the Elder coach understated how good his league is. I don't remember ever reading or hearing about a high school conference this powerful. Ohio high school football is not only good, but classy and well discliplined as well.
One question though, to those who saw the game, did the speed of the teams look about equal or was St. X faster?
