Fouts is a moron. He's a warm-weather, good ole boy who believes whatever coaches tell him ...and he only talks to southern coaches, who are also, typically, morons. He hasn't got the temperment to do research, read, or think for himself, so when he talks, all you hear is a tape of Larry Coker or Bobby Bowden running out of his mouth.

Keith Jackson used to be the very best, but he's old now and doesn't seem to have anything new to say. Kind of like your grandfather who keeps telling you the same stories over and over, again and again. And doesn't remember to zip up his fly. You pay attention to him, out of respect, but it's kind of sad and sooner or later everyone is rolling their eyes.

Brent has still got it. He understands that college football is the most emotional game in America today and he doesn't worry about letting the emotion carry him away a little. He knows that emotion is a huge part of the fun. That's why Lee Corso, although sometimes a little lame, is still on GameDay. He brings emotion and fun to every broadcast. Contrast him with a boob like Mark May who seems to think football is particle physics. You can practically see his veins pop out when he tries to think and talk at the same time.

My favorite Brentism is "Shiv-o-lay". "A $1000 contribution will be made to the general scholarship fund of Tuskabooloo Unviersity in the name of Ricky Ricardo ...our Shiv-o-lay Player of the Game." I love the guy ...always have.
