Great work Oh8ch. I remember trying to keep one of these for myself back in the day and getting so frustrated not knowing who was on schollie, position changes etc. Lots of hard work and time go into this being so well kept.
Also a few thoughts from looking at it as it stands 12/10/06:
-If Pitt and Ginn are gone next years SR class will have only 8 players. If Gonzo goes as well we're probably going to have multiple JR captains. Anyone remember if/when thats ever happened before?
-DT is going to be an issue next year with only 3 on schollie plus any incoming frosh. No matter who signs or steps up, were young and thin at the interior DL next year.
-DE is an embarrassment of riches with more on the way.
-Ditto WR
-If Pittmans gone we have Wells x 2 and recruits. Not the kind of depth I'm comfortable with at TB in the B10.
-Lets hope Russell recovers quickly because there are some issues at DB despite a lot of bodies. Jenkins is obviously a stud, Washington and JamO neeed to continue their improvement. 1 safety spot and the 5th and 6th db's will be green as they can be if Russell is a no-go next year.
On the surface I'd say we'll be solid but not NC material in '07 and primed for another title run as early as '08 depending on who goes pro early after next year.
