OSU.
OSU hardly ever pulled in any Ill. kids (McNutt not withstanding of course). The three programs that made their living in Ill. were michigan, NoD, and Iowa. All three will feel the effect 10x more than
OSU. Zook won't coach them up anywhere near what the other three would.
