I posted this in the Hughes thread a few weeks ago, but as you can see I completely agree...

Last year it was Ole Miss (Jerrell Powe and Brent Schaeffer), Alabama (Andre Smith and Mike Ford) and Pittsburgh (Dorin Dickerson and Aaron Smith), in 2005 it was Iowa (Doering and Moeakai), Oregon (Snoop Stewart) and Wisconsin (Travis Beckum and Elijah Hodge) and in 2004 it was Michigan State (Roland Martin and SirDarean Adams), Maryland (George Covington and Carlos Feliciano) and Wasington (Matt Tuiasosopo and Keaunta Bankhead). The real trick is keeping your coach around long enough to sustain that kind of momentum over several years, much like JT and his staff have done.

You can add Austin to the UNC list this year since every Heel fan things he is headed to UNC...and add to the fact that beyond keeping the staff around long enough to develop the talent, you actually have to be able to develop talent, somthing Zook struggled with at Florida.
