Thanks for a great post. Being a fan is really fun. It can also be really disheartening. You captured exactly the emotions sports fans all over the world feel when their team loses. This post is so much better than the typical "if only coach x had done y." Soemtimes, teams are just predestined to lose. The pressure of the big game gets to the players (hey, they're just kids!) and before you know it, it begins to snowball. Thanks again. Loved your pathos, humor and insights.
