I totally agree about the numbers crunch thing. We're going to miss out on quality in state kids every year but the situation is even worse this year. It's the whole risk vs.reward thing. Do you fill out the class with local kids who are good players or do you take a chance going after a top OOS kid? I personally didn't mind losing out on a kid like Cadogan or Incarnato in an attempt to land a top prospect like a Leon Hart. I also suspect if Incarnato and Cadogan were Buckeye verbals last fall Mitchum would be a Hawkeye.
