It sounds like he has a lot of problems at home. Frankly I wonder how these guys can be good parents when they dedicate so much time to their team. For example, all anyone talked about after the SB was how Tony Dungy was a different kind of coach, one who didn't get lost in the game and did things a different way.
However, what the media seems to forget is that he lost his oldest son last year. While I don't know the specifics and won't speculate that "A" lead to "B," I do think they are at a severe disadvantage when it comes to being a good, participating parent.
Additionally, how many other times have head coaches kids gotten in trouble and it was swept under the rug because of who their dad was. I doubt a one-month break will fix any real problems.
