Scott has not got the results back from his test as of yet, or they are not reported yet, so it is a little hard to compare the 2 situations unless you are hearing from guys that know what grade he received on his test...
Junior year test results of kids considered to be "borderline" qualifiers are irrelevent at this point. They are simply used to get a feel for what needs to be done and which path to qualifying is needed. Most of them are not reported to schools or the sites.
