COLUMBUS, Ohio - Two members of the Ohio State men's track and field team competed in first-day action at the 2007 NCAA Indoor Championships Friday. Junior Tony Cole and sophomore
Jeff See, both Big Ten champions in 2007, failed to advance past the preliminary rounds of their respective events Friday.
Cole, the Big Ten champ in the 200-meter dash, clipped a 6.78 to take 15th in the 60m qualifying round Friday, falling shy of the final set for Saturday. See, the Big Ten's top miler, missed the national final in the same event after posting a time of 4:12.49 Friday.
