OSU, even though he was cleared. It wasn't the NCAA that Smith should have been worried about, its the head coach and AD. People forget....Tressel had a team meeting and called out players who have been in trouble....basically telling them to stay out, or else. If he doesn't stand by his word.....it will send a poor message to the team that basically, you can screw up and get away with it. So I look for more then just a good "whipping" with this consequence.
