Conley isn't a very good comparison for Noopy. Conley is at least a threat to score and can blow by his defender whenever he wants. Noopy isn't quick enough to get by a defender that is playing off him and he doesn't look to score very often.
His drop in the rankings isn't that surprising. He really didn't have a great high school season...not sure where you are getting that he was the state player of the year.
He has very good ball skills and great court vision...wouldn't surprise me to see him have a good career at
OSU.
