Since Scout already is handing out stars, why did they give only four to Brewster and Shugarts if they are in the top 50, when they went ahead and gave Adams five?

I'm sure the star ratings will work themselves out as the season progresses, but I'm just trying to make sure I'm not missing anything so I can keep our database up to date (and to make sure that our commits have their highest star rating showing).
