Long story short, the upcoming Scout article is straight from the horses mouth. It is dead on.

The kid has done a lot of maturing in the last 4 months and to people on the boards it may not seem like a big deal, but in the last 4 months there has been a dramatic change in the kids maturity.

Home is more important, Parents are more important, Proximity is playing much more of a part in this, than it was several months ago.

He is definitively out at Clemson. Pitt is a leader, but there is NO imminent commitment to Pitt. He IS scheduled to visit several B10 schools soon.

Ohio State has not yet been in contact since they twice visited in the spring to check on the firmness of his commitment. Scout just ranked him the 12th best TE in the Nation and a 4 star prospect.

He is a GREAT kid, who has sort of realized how important his parents and they people around him are. That is really what this is all about. It has nothing to do with any issues personally or anything at ALL that Clemson did.
