Bad news for Brewster

I can't imagine Brewster receiving worse news.

I am sure he knew going in that the team was not loaded with NFL talent. I am also sure he knew he was going to fight an uphill battle.

But I do know that he has made much inroads with MN highschool football. Mason was like Cooper; he was alienating some coaches/programs/parents. While talent in the upper midwest is not as strong this year (according to some analysts)... if you look at Scout's top 10 for the state 7 have verballed and six of those are to MN.

The staff is obviously trying to raise the level of talent in the program and are trying their best for Floyd and Mobley. But Floyd's comments are a red flag to other recruits as well. (I suspect ND will win it in the end) How Brewster chooses to go after Floyd and mitigate any collatoral damage will be interesting.
