Notre Dame NEEDS to get Floyd because their WR recruiting has been less than stellar last year and this year.

A little early to talk down about this year's crop, since ND does have a 4 star at WR in the fold, and it is still pretty early, but other than that you're right on the $$$. Floyd was one of the three September 1st offers allowed by NCAA rules for juniors in HS, so they made him a top priority right off the bat. Him and Filer are virtual must gets for ND.
As for
OSU, they should be more than fine at WR. Stoneburner and Posey is a great way to start, to the point that they'd actually be ok without any more WR IMO. I'm sure Buckeye fans would like to see a 3rd hop on board, but I don't see it as a necessity. Would that be a fair assessment?
