Which is the case so often amongst underclassmen especially. I never learned how to run a proper 40 until last year at OSU camp. I went from a 4.78 to a 4.5 flat by just using better form, putting the right hand down, etc. So I wouldn't get too fired up about a 40 until you see them in person or on film because it can also work the other way. A guy can be a combine warrior and run a great 40 because they do it so often, but aren't nearly as fast with pads on, which you do happen to wear as you play the game of football. But as far as Whiting goes...I realize it's not PA, but Trinity has been kind to us before
