tyron smith (#11 OL nationally) had great camps, but apparently his film isn't out of this world. He was given that ranking due to his camp performance. The question was posed as to why Mike Adams, being of a similar situation, was subsequently punished for his less than stellar film.

To me, performance in a camp shouldn't be the single biggest factor in star rating. I played football w/ a guy in college who could bench a third world country, yet it never translated over to the field.

I certainly am not inferring that Tyron Smith is overrated. I think there has to be more than just 1 junior game film and 1 Rivals camp.
