It is true that tOSU is wide receiver U these days.
Last major ND name chosen in the first round at Wide Receiver was Tim Brown that I can recall (1988).
Countervailing argument of course is that now that Weis has the reins their offense is once again more pass happy. Jeff (I prefer baseball) Samardzija was projected as a high draft pick and that adds a little to the perceived potential.
