I think that if Terrelle played here, he would be allowed to run more than Troy (Troy's senior year). I think Terrelle is just bigger, faster, and a better runner at the QB postion than Troy was (Don't get me wrong, Troy was amazing at running and could have been a running QB if he wanted to).
Terrelle may be taller and 40-yd faster, but you can't say he's a better runner based solely on his performance at the high school level.
