.....and in a year like this I feel we have one fundamental advantage over everyone else. Redemption is what fuels the fire for these guys. They were embarrassed on national TV, their ability has been, and still is, widely doubted. They have seen with their own eyes what happens when you stop feeling like you must improve, what complacency does to a team.
Nothing short of redemption in a
NC game will due for this team imo. That automatically spells bad news for the Northwesterns, Purdues and Kent States of the world. They are all seen as a legitimate obstical to where these gusy want to go and are going to be dealt with accordingly from what we have seen so far.
I don't think they will let off the throttle untill the final whistle of the final game. Some weeks they will play better than others, and they still may very well lose a game somewhere but I would be willing to make a significant bet it won't be due to a lack of intensity or effort from this years team.
