The Iowa fans were more rowdy, and were louder for a longer peiod of time. Both groups of fans were noticeably quieter after they got down by a couple of TD's, though. 
Iowa was a much more intimidating environment. Fortunately, the team was well-prepared in each case. Gotta love JT.
