He's so good. McGuffie not being in the top 100 is a little weird, but I assume his injury had something do with that.

I don't know if Terrelle Pryor is the clear-cut #1 everyone says he is (No, not because he's an OSU lean). I'd probably put him at #2, but that Julio Jones kid is unreal. Great size, speed, unreal leaping ability. Can't go wrong with either player, just my opinion. Jones is a much more polished player but Pryor's upside is ridiculous.
Obviously Scout agrees with you...

#1 Arthur Brown
#2 Julio Jones
#3 Darrell Scott
#4 Terrelle Pryor
#5 DaQuan Bowers

I personally don't agree with Brown being #1...he is an incredible talent but I don't think he is the best player in the country nor is he likely to have the greatest impact over the course of his college career. I have watched film of several of the top rated LBs and while you could make a case that he is the best LB in the country over guys like Major, Bradham, Katoa, Beal, Filer, etc. but I just don't think he is going to be the game-changer that a guy like Julio Jones will be. I don't see enough to seperate him from the rest of the pack enough to call him the #1 recruit in the nation. I think Jones, Pryor and Bowers are the clear top 3 players in the country based on their ability to have an impact during their careers in college. Brown, Will Hill, Patrick Johnson, EJ Manuel, AJ Green, Brewster, Cissoko, Kalil, Mike Adams, Darrell Scott and TJ Bryant are other players I would have up for consideration at 4-10.
