Personally, I don't want a kid who expects to be given a position or playing time. If he doesn't have enough intestinal fortitude to compete for a position with people that are mentally and athletically his peers; then by all means, go play for Weis. That way you'll get to play for a coach that does extremely well on not accepting personal responsibility.
