Agree totally on these points.

He is great, especially for a first year starter, at reading and finding the open man - but not always so good at getting the ball to the proper place. His receivers have really stepped up and helped him out this year.
All in all, though, I would imagine he has exceeded just about everybody's expectations to this point, and I'm sure glad we have him.
