I think X was alluding to the language used there. They said it like a UC offer stamps you as one of the hottest prospects in the country. UC is indeed a solid school, but the language used there seems more along the lines of something you'd see with a superpower like
OSU, USC, or Florida offering.
You don't have to exactly catch fire as a prospect out of Cincinnati to receive an offer from UC.
