Yes... and... thus the pick they got back (The Browns 1st round in the upcoming draft)... continues to fall in value. I believe it was the 17th.... and... I would say that as things look... they aren't going to do better than that... though... it is pretty early... and... if the Bronws finish 7-9, 8-8, 9-7... there is a big range depending on how things shake out with tie breakers, etc.
Anyway... not in danger of getting that #1 overall selection out of it (or even a top 5) that everyone was predicting after week one.
