I'm just glad that Andy Geiger had the ability and know-how to find a candidate that was of the level that Jim was. Since I haven't lived in Ohio since '99, I didn't hear much about him, but I was also skeptical of D-1AA schools and coaches.
It's quite a feeling (to me) to realize that I feel confident in a W whenever we are within 10 points at halftime due to the adjustments that Tressel and staff are going to make. That sort of confidence is amazing.

I don't worry too much about criticism because if you're not tough enough to handle criticism, then you better get out of this game, because there's a whole lot of people that have interest in this game. And there's a whole lot of people that don't really have much understanding of what it takes to be good at this game but yet love to have opinions. If you struggle taking criticism, then you need to not be at Ohio State or not be playing the game of football. - Jim Tressel
