I always liked "Ann Arbor is pregnant and unmarried" but that carried much more of a stigma in the 60s.

I recall a tee I saw at an Indiana game a few years back. "Ohio State Sucks" was printed on the front in red and on the back, in black, was "But Purdue Swallows"

That works out well with Michigan on the front and Notre Dame on the back.
