During the sports segment tonight on Channel 13 WJZ (Baltimore), Smith was featured. They showed a clip of Billick talking about Smith and how he could see some playing time this weekend against the Browns. He said it may only be a play or two, but it's a start. I'd love to see Troy get some action in a regular season game. Since we all know what kind of a QB Kyle Boller is, it might not be too far of a reach to see Troy this weekend or in the coming weeks.

Baltimore, MD (Sports Network) - Baltimore Ravens head coach Brian Billick announced Tuesday that Kyle Boller will start at quarterback Sunday against the Cleveland Browns thanks to a nagging shoulder injury that has sidelined Steve McNair.
"It's a subluxation of the shoulder," Billick said of McNair's injury on his weekly radio show. "(It) basically means it keeps popping in and out. So, Kyle is starting this week."
McNair went 17-for-26 passing for 128 yards in the Ravens' 21-7 loss to the Bengals Sunday, but, according to Billick, could miss two to three weeks. For the season, 13-year pro out of Alcorn State has completed 133-of-205 pass attempts for 1,113 yards and just two touchdowns to go with four interceptions.
Boller has significant starting experience, with a 4-2 record filling in for McNair in the past two seasons, in addition to having started for Baltimore the three seasons prior to McNair's acquisition in 2006.
Rookie Troy Smith, the Heisman Trophy winner a year ago at Ohio State, will move into the backup role behind Boller for Sunday's game.
