The legislature, as a condition of their share of the Ohio Stadium renovation, mandated that we bring one (1) in-state school into Ohio Stadium for the following ten years. This was a perfectly reasonable proposal that has been taken to ridiculous extremes; a trend that hopefully bottomed out with this year's schedule.

Loading up on in-state MAC schools combined with the perceived weakness of the Big Ten is not a recipe for national respect, regardless of playing one marquee opponent each season.
