I don't know about you, but I wouldn't worry about Thad winning back to back national titles  . I wonder if Thad would be more likely to stay with the college game because he is such a good recruiter. In the pros, he will just have to do the best he can with what he can get. In the college game, he can continue to get top recruiting class after top recruiting class.

I don't think NBA GMs will clamor for Thad. I think he fits the definition of a college coach more than Donovan. I think Thad needs more time at the elite college level to carve out an identity(in terms of his coaching style and the style of offense and defense he runs) before NBA GMs come calling.
