1) I wouldn't be going whoremongering with 19$ in my pocket so I imagine that there is some entrapment going on. Then again, I wouldn't be in that Krogers with over 20$ in my pocket...

2) If found guilty does Henton have to registar as a sex offender? It is only a petty crime but the registration might make it worth fighting.

3) If you ever wanted to run a whore house why not frount it as an adult movie studio. The john comes in with a movie idea. He picks his actress and script. If he wants, he can play the male role He produces his movie and if he doesn't like it than he can destroy the original before leaving the studio. Not that I propose doing this but it shows through Aristotelian logic the obsertity of the situation.

4) I used to live on Summit and 12th and we had a hooker show up at our door raped and beaten. That is the flip slide why prostitution is illegal.

True of the judge, and true of us all. While I will concede that it is usually the case that those charged did indeed do the crime, making sweeping remarks based on the premise of - in this case, Henton being guilty of the crime of solicitation - is just stupid. I've heard people talking about going so far as to yank his 'ship.... not people associated with the program, just water cooler idiots... I guess what I mean to say is, it seems we have become so over reactionary as a society. Beyond comical, to the point of depressing.

If Henton committed this crime, then I would agree he deserves some form of punishment from the team. But, until Henton is found guilty (or pleads) I cannot see why we're even kicking wondering about what punishment is appropriate, etc. I like to think I'm not too naive, but it's still entirely possible Henton is guilty of doing nothing more than making a stupid joke to the wrong person. If that's the case, then as far as I'm concerned he should be reinstated (meaning able to play) and his punishment should be "time served" (ie practice only).

Where did the solicitation take place? I can't imagine they would have things like that going on around campus. I'm more worried about our players being in a dangerous area, maybe after hours,.....people have been known to get shot or worse being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Did the story say if other players were with him at the time?
