This kid is an individual, not part of a trend that overzealous buckeye fans like us come up with. Anything can happen, especially with our recruiters |

If he's listing us as one of only two "high" interest teams, then I'd say he's giving us some serious consideration. |

What a huge "get" this would be for the Buckeyes. With USCum having not offered (yet) and his top 2 schools being thousands of miles away from home, I really like our chances. Once he sees our depth chart and the fact that we only have one LB commit to this point (Moeller could change that), one would have to think that he likes his chances to shine in Columbus. I've never been to Louisiana but I can't really stand anything French besides fries. If he's in town for the UT game, I don't think we could have a better chance than that. QB's from Georgia, LB's from Cali, RB's from FLA, I'm sure someone would once again think that we are cheating if we get this kid. Reel 'em in, JT!!

Rivals $
8/21 Mark reiterates he will visit tOSU and LSU for sure. He does conclude the interview saying he likes USC very much, but he is open to everyone. The author specualtes that USC is Mark's leader and he is waiting on that offer. |

there is already a thread on him, and there has been plenty of talk.
there is also a sticky thread in the recruiting forum which details all visitors expected in for the texas game. merging this with the original thread...and bumped for AMISH-SLAYER. |

Would love to get this guy. Not only is he a great linebacker but maybe it will help us out in our recruiting in California. Taking 1-2 a year from there wouldn't be too bad for a state with so much talent.

BSB - Chris Nida 09/05/05
Mark still wants to visit Ohio State for the Texas game, but he hasn't been in touch with the OSU staff yet. OSU and LSU lead. |

Oregon Rivals 09/08/05
Mark still plans to make an official visit to Columbus this weekend; he will also visit LSU for their contest against Florida. Other schools which Mark is considering are Miami, Florida, and Cal; USC still hasn't offered, and may be out of the running. |

sounded like he went out of his way to talk about how great their D was and how they put their LB's in the league. mentioned Na'il Diggs as being a guy from Dorsey that was a LB, went to tOSU, and now is in the league.
