With those measurables, he can play any of the LB positions and possibly outgrows it. He should be around 245 by the time he hits fall camp.

Rivals $
6/1 Mark has USC on top and will only attend the Trojans' camp this summer. However, he will take all five visits before deciding. No mention of tOSU in this article. |

There is the link to the scout article. He says Ohio State and LSU are tied for the lead for his services and he will visit for the Texas game. Says coaches told him he is the number one lb recruit. Great news!!!!! |

Does anyone know who is recruiting him? I believe it may be Fickel, but I'm not exactly positive. With the Cali kids and the MD kids, Fickel has got to be the recruiter of the year. This is a great job by the staff as Mr. Johnson seemed like he was long gone to USC.

the only thing i'd be wary of is him demoting USC on his list to try to force their hand with an offer. i know they have offers out to Bradford and Tatum at LB, so maybe they won't be offering Mark.

either way, my prediction for this kid is as follows: he visits osu on 9/10 and has a great visit. he talks about how much he likes osu, maybe even calls us his leader. as time goes on, osu slides back to the pack and he ends up making a january decision in which he opts to stay on the west coast, and the cat calls of jt cant close begin once again. |

Only thing is I don't know if Bradford will be a trojan. Sounds like UCLA can win out here. I think they will definetly get Tatum and make a run for Jones. Plus with all of those 5 and 4 star guys from the last 2-3 years they really only need 1 or 2 LB's this year. I tend to agree with Tsteele for some reason. Maybe it's because he hasn't mentioned us in awhile untill now but the same thing with Bowman and now our chances are great. Appears Fickell is kicking some recruiting butt. I do agree with a texas visit we do have a shot though. Hopefully he decides shortly after. It will increase our chances dramatically.
