What an exceptional young man. He might just be my favorite out of this entire class. Courage, leadership, and character. He is the epitome of what it's all about. I hope he gets his shot in the NFL. But if he doesn't, or when it's done, I hope he gets his Graduate Assistantship at tOSU and goes into coaching. Just think of the influence he could have on young people.
Congratulations Mr. Matthews. And thank you. How firm thy friendship . . . ![]() |

Not that it's his only option, but I think he could get picked up in Free Agency by an NFL squad post-draft. Backups at Ohio State (especially those that get lost in the deepet linebacking unit in the country) are certainly better than a lot of starters at other schools. If nothing else, he would be a special teams animal.
Congrats on graduating Thomas...I'm sure you'll excel in whatever you decide to do. |

first off congrats.
second off, good luck with the NFL. he has the size speed part down to contribute on special teams, he just needs the opportunity to impress. third, what is his degree out of curiosity. |

Has anyone seen a listing of who else received their degrees this weekend? Seems like the Athletic Department usually puts something out on this, but I couldn't find it.

Good to see Ivan Douglas stay in school and graduate. He definitely hasn't had the easiest time here at OSU.
I'm pretty sure family resource management teaches you how to become a financial advisor. could be wrong. |
