My question is if Minnesota doesn't retain Mason, then who exactly do they think they can get that would be a step up, or an equal? If they aren't willing to pay Mason, how exactly do they expect to pay a big time coach to replace him? They are going to have to settle if they can't renew his contract or go with someone like a George O'Leary or a Mike Price, who has a few run ins in the past, who could be available for the right price.

Exactly. He was one of a few people interviewed for the tOSU job. I don't understand how they don't just hand him what he wants.

What kind of contract is Callahan under @ Nebraska? I don't think they're ready to pull the rug out from him yet, but a thumping to scUM in the Alamo would certainly turn the heat up a bit more. Like others have said Mason would be a great fit in Lincoln.

As a recruit, think about the Twin Cities, and then think about Boulder, Colorado. It's a lovely place.

Glen Mason always has a great running game & would win the Big 12 North annually, if he moved to the Rockies. Then all of Brookhaven & Walnut Ridge would go out west.
