Haw smoking weed is like a common ocurrence in the City League High Schools(CPS) with football players. I'm not going to go into details, but about one out of every 4 players that plays football in CPS...does some sort of illegal drug.

He never left school. They can't stop him from coming in and trying out as a walkon in January. The only thing he would have to worry about is a conviction, but God knows when the trial will start.

This is gonna sound horribly racist if I'm wrong, but that honesty looks like Pittman, Smith, someone, Terry, and Dukes? |

NBC4i is reporting Skeete gets one year probation.
Ex-Ohio State Kicker Sentenced For Marijuana Trafficking Skeete To Serve One Year Probation UPDATED: 1:51 pm EST December 16, 2005 COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Former Ohio State kicker Jonathan Skeete was sentenced on Friday to one-year probation for marijuana trafficking. In February, Skeete tried to sell just under 200 grams of marijuana to an undercover Ohio State University police officer, NBC 4 reported. He was taken into custody later that month on an arrest warrant at his Baker Hall residence on campus. Skeete, a straight-A student at Gahanna Lincoln High School, was a walk-on with the Ohio State team. Coach Jim Tressel suspended Skeete indefinitely pending the outcome of his case. He was redshirted in 2004 and played in April's spring game. Skeete's name did not appear on the 2005 Ohio State football roster. "There are a lot of people who aren't given much but they do much," Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Dan Hogan said to Skeete. "There are other people like you have been given a lot. A lot should be expected of you." Skeete apologized for his behavior to Hogan, NBC 4 reported. Last edited by CrabMan; 12-16-2005 at 10:39 PM. |
