Guys, it is a great event. In addition there is a banquet afterwards. All proceeds will go to the OSU Scholarship Fund. There are many diffrent levels of participation, you can sponsor a hole, donate or play golf for $100

Palm Aire Country Club, Oaks Course is located just south of Atlantic Blvd
off Powerline Road, Pompano Beach. Turn west on Palm Aire Drive North or
Palm Aire Drive South and drive to the back of Palm Aire and follow the signs to the Oaks/Cypress Club House. BBQ and Raffle after golf!

On Sunday, May 21st, The Ohio State Alumni Club of Broward will be holding our 12th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament at the Oaks Course of the Palm Aire Country Club.
The golf tournament is our major fund raiser. Last year we had 89 golfers and 46 local businesses and individuals as hole sponsors. We raised over $7,000 for our scholarship fund for local students. The Club is currently assisting four students at Ohio State. Our club has one of the largest Buckeye Alumni scholarship funds outside of the state of Ohio.
We are asking for your support again this year as a player, as a hole sponsor at the cost of $100, or by donating a prize for our raffle. We will post a sign on a tee and your name and the name of your business will appear in all newsletters throughout the year. Most of our players are local professionals and business people. Although many are Ohio State alumni, that is not a requirement to play or to support the tournament. If you would like to enter as an individual or as a team, or contribute as a sponsor, we would love to have you join us.
Joining us at the tournament will be former Ohio State athletes and
coaches. In the past we have had former Buckeyes and Dolphins like Paul
Warfield, Bob Brudzinski, and Keith Byars. Cris Carter, Chico Nelson, and other Buckeye players often play. Football coaches Earle Bruce, Bill Conley and Jim Tressel and basketball coach Paul Biancardi have joined us. This year we have invited additional players and coaches to be a part of the tournament, including Bob Brudzinski, Keith Byars, LeCharles Bentley, Antoine Winfield, Michael Jenkins and Bill Conley.
We hope you will consider making a contribution and joining us for a great afternoon.
