I thought Baltimore was a perfect fit for him.. reliance on the running game, didn't ask the QB to do too much. Good fit for a new QB. I think Minnesota would be a good fit. Unfortunately, I'm not sure many people look at Troy as a starting QB other than Buckeye fans.

Just so you know, Troy is probably my favorite Buckeye ever.

look, i'm a huge Troy fan and a huge Ratbird hater, and it sucks that Troy got sick just when he had a chance to seize the starting job, but i can't hate Flacco. that guy is 1A for rookie of the year.

I wholeheartedly disagree. For a rookie QB, he has done very well. But, there are better options out there for NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.

1. Matt Forte - 280 rushes, 1,115 yards, 7 touchdowns
2. Steve Slaton - 230 rushes, 1,124 yards, 8 touchdowns
3. Chris Johnson - 235 rushes, 1,159 yards, 8 touchdowns
4. Jake Long - Probably won't get it. But, he is the best rookie to play on offense this year.

This might be hard to believe because of all the pregame attention devoted to the two defenses, but the Ravens sent out the NFL's hottest offense. In their past eight games -- seven wins -- they had averaged almost 30 points, tops in the league during that time. Rookie quarterback Joe Flacco had much to do with that with a sweet 95.6 passer rating, thanks to 12 touchdown passes and just three interceptions

Those numbers are great for any QB, let alone a rookie.

I hate the Ratbirds and I'd love to see Troy go elsewhere.

I dont have a problem with JF, but I wouldnt exactly say he "earned it" TS was the leader when Flacco poisoned him.
