North Carolina defeated Oregon State 4-3 in World Series Final opener
Chad Flack hit a leadoff triple and scored on a passed ball in the 8th inning to lead the Tar Heels over the Beavers. North Carolina only needs to win 1 more game to claim their first baseball national championship.
Game 2 will be played tonight. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00PM and will be broadcast by ESPN2.
