JMU is pretty good. I think they won their conference last year, might have came close to 40 wins. Good luck Bucks.

Baseball Opens Season with 8-6 Win over James Madison
Freshmen starting at SS and RF, and another coming in for middle relief.
KSU DH should be interesting tomorrow. They swept Penn State last week.

WHEW! Good start Bucks. I'm guessing it would take about 13 wins in this Florida trip to be really successful wouldn't it, considering the opposition? 13-4 sounds pretty darn good. I would take a 11-6 trip though.
Kulbacki for JMU is the real deal. He's going to make alot of money in a few years.

The bullpen let us down in both losses. Not to mention the 5 errors in the 2 games....3 by Arp & 2 by Rupert.
I was also surprised Barrera got the game 2 start......i would have given Shuck the ball in game 2. I assume Hale or Shuck goes vs Seton hall today.
With UNF's early season demise, KSU is prolly our best OOC opponent on the schedule.....a sweep here MAY have really helped us out down the road.
I hate to panic, but we no have room for error in our remaining 14 games in Florida..we need to win 12+ IMO
scores of note..
James Madison 7, Seton Hall 2
Seton hall 13, James Madison 9
Purdue 5, Georgia 0
Wright St 1, Mississippi 0
Miami (oh) took 2 of 3 at #22 Winthrop this weekend
B10 teams went a combined 6-13 Friday and Saturday
