I absolutely HATE Tulane fans. Baseball is the only sport they can beat us in (and that's only started recently). In football, these assholes actually use the phrase "Long Live 1982" (which is the last time they beat us in football). So now that they're pretty much the best baseball team in the state, they crow CONSTANTLY about it. Normally we don't pay much attention to them, just have to say "scoreboard" and they shut up. Can't do that in baseball anymore.

Edit to add: 5 National Titles to 0 helps, but we start sounding like Bama fans considering it's been 8 years since our last one.

Damn it. Lost to scUM yesterday 1-4. The Putnam kid was really on, breaking stuff was nasty. Another shot today, then Clemson Tuesday.

got swept by Tennessee this weekend.
Excuse me while I go stab myself in the chest multiple times with an ice pick!
If we don't beat Tulane Wednesday night, I may have to go back to drinking Clorox.

yeah, but Tennessee was predicted to finish LAST in the SEC. Getting swept by those hillbilles can't be a good sign.

Why can't we be good in football and Baseball at the same time?

In the 90's, we were the best basbeall team in the land, bt our football team sucked.

Now, we're in the upper echelon of football, but baseball ain't shit!
